My name is Evan Parra. I started my career in FP&A, which means I know exactly what it feels like to spend a weekend tracking down a missing $5,000 in a nested VLOOKUP.
I realized early on that finance teams in the mid-market were trapped. They were too big to run entirely on QuickBooks, but too small to spend $2M implementing SAP. So they patched the holes with human beings. They hired data entry clerks to read invoices, and analysts to build fragile Excel models.
I hated the inefficiency, so I taught myself to code. I got my Master's in AI. I became a Google Certified Machine Learning Engineer. I started building automated data pipelines for healthcare clinics, waste management rollups, and financial services firms.
I built this because I am tired of watching mid-market companies get ripped off.
I watch traditional consulting firms charge $100K to do a "process audit." Three months later, they hand the CFO a 60-page PDF and a bill. Nothing actually gets fixed. Or I watch SaaS companies sell a $50K annual license, hand you a login, and leave your team to figure out how to configure it.
I don't do either. I'm an engineer. I build solutions. I come to your office, find the broken processes, write the code to fix them, and deploy it onto your servers.
You can't solve a complex AP bottleneck over Zoom. You have to sit next to the controller and see how they actually use the ERP. When you hire me, I show up in your office. I look at your systems. I get it done.
If you're tired of slide decks and want actual results, let's talk.
